Adjutant
(ad·ju·tant) /ˈajəd(ə)nt/ noun
a military officer who manages a unit's HR and Admin functions, and provides career development assistance to personnel.
Hi! I'm Vernon... The Adjutant.
I’m a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and former federal government Administrative Officer (grade: GS-14). I’ve always felt the desire to be of service to others, and it’s the reason why I joined the military. I’m very passionate about assisting job seekers with developing strategies and career portfolios that increase chances of achieving career goals.
During my military career, I advised Soldiers on how to successfully prepare for a mission, an assignment, promotion, or transition to the civilian sector. I also led hiring initiatives to fill various Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Department of Homeland Security positions with the best qualified candidates.
